Olivia M Buonsante is a native New Yorker who grew up in Musical Theatre, performing at community theatres on Long Island as well as taking part in workshops with The Broadway Workshop and The Broadway Artist’s Alliance. After attending AMDA’s Conservatory program in NYC, she chose to pursue a career behind the scenes as lighting and scenic designer and is currently studying at Montclair State University with an expected graduation date of December 2022.
During the pandemic, Olivia discovered an enthusiasm for The Jim Henson Company and the magical worlds he has created. She was honored to intern with The Creature Shop this past summer.

She loves the process of taking the story from script to stage or screen. Her dream is to design, build and create those worlds in order to further draw you into the narrative.
